The product doesn’t function

• Disconnected power or the adapter lost connection - Please ensure the adapter is connected properly.

• Massage time's over (20 minutes) - Press the power button to restart the massager

• The direction of the hose doesn't match - Please make sure to insert 2 hoses into the controller correctly and completely.

• Powerful/Uncomfortable/Painful/Tight/Strong

• Intensity is too strong - Choose a lower intensity to start with.

• The wraps are too tight - It is recommended to leave a gap that allows 4 fingers to fit inside.

• The controller gets hot
  - It's normal if the controller gets hot after working for a long time - It is better to shut it down for 10-15 minutes.
